Updates to MP3s and Albums pages

I've updated my MP3s page to include handy links to some of the online stores where you can purchase downloads of my original songs.

Additionally, I've begun to update all of the information for all of my albums here: Albums which has links for each album and links to each song on each album, with notes about each song.
